Our subsidiary, NEES Metal Contracting is looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team.
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various projects that is beneficial to the Company.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• The Estimator is responsible for reviewing all information regarding a potential project including the drawings to ensure an accurate quotation is presented on behalf of the Company
• Understanding the project and its requirements
• Ensure the timeframe is met for all proposals being sent to the Client and Consultants
• Negotiating on Tenders for potential projects
• Utilize software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
• Build relationships with key Vendors, suppliers, Subcontractors and Engineers
• Manage bid pricing from all Vendors
• Prepare cost analysis
• Identify cost factors such as production time and materials
• Coordinate with Subcontractors on estimates for potential projects
المهارات
• A degree in Accounting or Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years working within Estimation in a similar organization
• Impeccable problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to new projects
• Maintaining strong working relationships with Suppliers
