Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveriesTrace, track and expedite purchase processes

Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Interact with third party logistics service providers

Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers

Maintain and update general ledger and sales journal

Prepare, fulfill and distribute checks

Prepare and gain approval for POs

Scan, file and log accounting documents
