General
Be fully aware safety rules and regulations and shall abide the same.
Adhere to company regulations all times and perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
Wear necessary PPE as required by the nature of work and location.
Use the pump as per manufacturers recommended standards and ensure that periodic/preventive maintenance is done regularly.
Not allow any other person to operate the equipment assigned to me unless instructed by the authorized supervisor.
Work-related
Ensure and check that vehicle I drive is ready with enough fuel and safe for operation prior to starting shift (Check List).
Safely establish a proper base to set up pump & boom.
Sets up, uses and maintains tools and equipment associated with the concrete pump.
Position the pump, extraction pipes accurately to direct the flow of concrete to the desired location.
Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of the concrete pump.
Organize the components of the concrete pump and operate the machinery to process the liquid concrete.
Control the functioning of the concrete pump. Adjust the controls to start, move, extract, or stop the operations of the concrete pump.
Connect hoses and pipelines to pumps and vessels prior to material transfer, using hand tools.
Upon completion, clean out pump systems in the project were desired by the contractor in an environmentally responsible manner.
Maintain the cleanliness of pump each day in order to eliminate potential concrete jamming and damage to the respective mixer.
Report any potential damage to the pump noticed.
Stop the work if see or hear any unusual things happening to the vehicle and inform superior immediately.
Ensure that I shall not consume and/or keep in my possession any banned items such as alcohol, narcotics etc.
المهارات
Education: 12th Grade graduate
Experience: with at least minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in GCC with the same field.
