الوصف الوظيفي Assist HR Business Partners with employees’ on-boarding and off-boarding process. Handle regular digital and paper filing. Assist with HR U.A.E specific administration processes. Coordinate travel arrangements (flights and hotel bookings). Prepare and analyse people statistics using Power BI technology needed for Board of Management meetings. Coordinate team meetings. Recruitment Activities Regularly advertise and manage jobs on relevant Career Portals. Manage LinkedIn Recruiter Administration. Coordinate meetings and interviews. Manage correspondence with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Project Management Support the internship program. Support the execution of employee recognition programs. Design HR work instructions and guidelines. Support in implementation of HR policies.
Passion Respect Integrity Discipline Good organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in order to meet given deadlines. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Excellent English language skills (German/Arabic will be an added advantage). Excellent communication skills. Confident in communicating at all levels of seniority. Recruitment experience is a plus. Ideally previous experience in an international environment (Cross-Cultural sensitivity). Qualification
