Work closely within the Environmental Health and Safety regulations to ensure all members of the production team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees
Maintain report of the daily garment count and guide the plant staff in managing the complex garments with structured remedial plans
Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality at Plant level
Monitor the functionality of Plant POS system and Conveyor system
Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships in close coordination with the Operations Manager
Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Makes employment decisions. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution

Open to any nationality
Male, 28 to 35 years old
Minimum 5 years of laundry industry experience, preferably 2 years of exposed experience to retail laundry plant operations
Can monitor the functionality of Plant POS system and Conveyor system
Good command in conducting performance appraisals, providing coaching and guidance to all Plant operations employees
Skilled in operation expenses, maintaining product quality at plant level
Knowledgeable in Environmental Health and Safety regulations
Excellent Communication skills and leadership skills
Must be customer or client focus and thoroughness
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
