The Business Development Manager is one of the most crucial and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. With a very ambitious plan to conquer the middle eastern on-demand grocery market, the BDM is the first point of contact with our valued partners inside and outside the UAE. The BDM holds the responsibility of selecting and sealing a partnership with the best retailers in the region.
The BDM would be looking after new partnerships in UAE and GCC; besides other territories as assigned by the head of the department.

Primary responsibilities
Extend the network of affiliate shops in the region
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of shops and contacts for the region
Find new ways of approaching stores and convincing them to join InstaShop.
Train and incentivize the big shops
Assist and Cooperate with other Business Development Managers
Provide feedback towards improving the applications and the processes of the company
Devise business development techniques and tactics
Plan, organize and execute business development programs
Share insights and activities of competitors with the CMO

Superb clarity in communication
Top class persuasive skills
Negotiation experience
Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
Fluent Arabic and English are required for this role
Commercial awareness.
Business bachelor/masters preferred
