As an Account Executive, you will generate and close new business. You will conduct 30-minute consultation calls, hour-long demos, and closing deals (negotiation, vendor onboarding processes, contracts). There is also a sizable component of prospecting involved – you will need to generate 30-50% of your opportunities (the rest will come from Sales Development Representatives). You will also be responsible for forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling. They are very driven and can show evidence that they thrive in an ambitious, merit-based environment. This is a rigorous role – strong work ethic and a willingness to invest time in training and development is key.
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and exceeding prospecting and revenue/bookings targets
2. Researching high profile companies and conducting outreach to CMOs, VPs, and Directors of Marketing
3. Experienced in a solution approach to selling and adept at helping customers discover value (we’re Sandler trained)
4. Prioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate resources
5. Discipline in documenting various details per our sales template in our CRM
المهارات
1. Fluency in English and Arabic along with excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
2. Minimum two years of experience in a Business-to-Business organization in an Online Sales with at least 2 months of “closing” experience.
3. Prospecting ability (cold calls, email outreach, linkedin messages) also required since you will need to generate some of your own opportunities.
4. Prior experience selling a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering and general knowledge of the technology industry/landscape.
5. Excellent instincts for conversing with technology executives and ability to think on the fly
Strong work ethic – can commit to a 6-month new hire training program and possess the desire to master the art of selling.
6. Good computer/LinkedIn/email skills a must.
7. Valid driving license + UAE / MENA region sales experience is a must
