Quest Search & Selection is working alongside a fast paced well established Hospitality company established across the GCC with the head office based in Dubai. They are looking for a HR Training Manager to join their team and lead the HR team with a focus upon training and SOP’s.
We ideally are looking for candidates with experience within training and HR from a hospitality/Restaurant Group/hotel background and have the relevant CIPD qualifications (preferably qualified from the UK) and experience focused upon Training.

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Head Chef)
Extremely high standards and attention to detail. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, SOP creation and procedure manuals. Swift and efficient management styleYou should have a degree in Human Resources from a well-established international institution, CIPD or AHRI Qualified.Experience in the GCC Hands on experience in the food and beverage industryBe able to work long hours maintaining a positive attitude. Fluent in English (Speaking, reading, writing) Hard working, dedicated and passionate.
The Benefits
Package is Approximately 22,000 AED PM plus health insurance and yearly flight ticket home. No family package is offered. A relocation package is available for this position but only from the GCC region.
