Digital Ad specialist will set up, monitor and report on the advertising campaigns on Facebook & Google Adwords mainly, as well as on all other social media platforms whenever required. This position requires technical, up to date knowledge of the platforms as well as experience with advertising/marketing overall.
Responsibilities :
Create Lead Generation Campaigns using Landing Pages and Facebook Advertising.
Execute paid campaigns by leveraging Facebook’s algorithm to find target audiences at the lowest cost and scale
Apply A/B testing methodology to all campaign materials, track the performance and implement the necessary changes to meet the set KPIs
Based on test results, make changes to the copy of the ads, request for updated campaign materials, pinpointing what aspects need to be revised (ex. The images, the colors, the landing page, the ad offers, etc.)
Select advertising methods mindful of many different objectives – boosting content, driving conversion, gaining fans, acquiring subscribers, launching a product, boosting the engagement – and carefully determine what mix of methods drives the maximum return
Create a multitude of tests that explore click-through rates, costs per click landing pages and audience quality based on all types of variables such as time-of-day, headline, photo, copywriting, CTA, etc.
Report all social marketing paid activity and experiments for a given period, and summarize insights that will inform future activities
Share the test findings and campaign performance with colleagues working on the same project
Regularly review current data on trending content and likely readers, and build social campaigns that capitalize on those connections and fuel virality
Manage budgets, ROI and campaign objectives to always meet the set KPIs
Stay abreast of industry best practices and disseminate relevant ideas and instruction to colleagues.
المهارات
- Successful proven track record in managing performance driven campaigns for at least 2 years UAE Experience is an asset.
- Ability to analyze data quickly and drive performance to align with company’s campaign ROI goals.
- Work with Google Sheets / Excel to provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance
- Ability to work on multiple complex projects at the same time
- Constantly work on performance improvement to always meet and exceed the set KPIs.
