Job purpose & Scope: To continuously maximize sales revenue by enhancing sales through new markets, clients and achieving sales targets. To provide inputs for the annual sales strategy, and help accomplish the strategy for a sustainable business.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Explore new markets and deliver product and services for continued sustainable growth.
2. To identify opportunities by studying consumer requirements; obtained by through market research.
3. Generating business through sales lead, and converting prospective customers to potential accounts for the company.
4. Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments and understanding account requirements.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers in personally for repeat business.
6. Involve in Strategy planning for successful launch of new products in the market.
7. Provide ideas and inputs for advertising and marketing of products.
8. Ordering of stocks to ensure adequate stocks are maintained at all times.
9. Ensure the total end to end sales cycle of every account.
10. Mentor and manage the team members to achieve sales targets.
11. To provide monthly sales plans and project reports to Divisional Manager.
12. Collect job completion certificate from client and follow up for timely collection of payment.
13. Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events.
14. Understand and duly follow all statuary and legal compliances of the company
المهارات
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar industry in a multinational/ Multicultural environment.
• Should Demonstrate Sufficient Market and Product Knowledge.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office package.
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and decision making skills.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English with Arabic an added advantage.
