We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-Marketing Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. They will be responsible for producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner and maintaining good customer relationship.
An effective tele-marketing representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with Queries and doubts of the customer.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
المهارات
• Proven experience as outbound Calling or telemarketing experience or other sales/customer service role
• Experienced in Appointment setting
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs/handling social media (e.g. CRM software/Zoho/linkedin) and telephone systems
• Expertise in sourcing online database
• Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone mannerisms
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Ability to perform effectively when there are pressure peaks
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
• Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
• Graduated from Affiliated University
• Preferably experienced in Financial services sector ( Working in Audit & Accounting firms, Banking ( Dealing with Corporate’s), Insurance( SME experience) , private funding associations or firms (Dealing in SME’s) )
• Preferably with UAE experience- immediate joining
• Confident, self-motivated, Friendly personality and team player.
