Ensuring adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
المهارات
Open to any nationality
Male, below 40 years old only
Culinary Arts or any relevant course is an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience within GCC region
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge on kitchen hygiene, preferably with training in HACCP
Strong exposure in PERSIAN, INDIAN and PAKISTANI CUISINE
Must have experience dealing with suppliers
Visit Visa or Cancelled visa are preferred
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 7,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
