Growing Transaction Banking Team in Dubai is looking to build out its group with an experienced, energetic, resilient Relationship Manager that is looking for a challenging opportunity. The position specifically calls for a Relationship Manager with experience across all transaction banking products and has a strong foothold in the GCC market.

Our client is one of Dubai largest banks,that provides commercial and banking services. It operates through Corporate, Consumer, Treasury, and others segments.Currently, they would like to grow the Transaction banking team in their esteemed organisation.
Description
Job Profile:
Manage a corporate client base from Trade and cash perspective in close co-operation with the Relationship Managers (RMs); marketing, tailoring and delivering solutions for clients in the Trade and cash space, and in a wider scope, promote cross sell opportunities in the Transaction Banking space.Maximises utilisation and cross-sell of Trade and cash products.Advises clients/RMs on complex Trade and cash transactions, offer support to the targeted client base (structuring, documentation, implementation, processes, etc.).
Regularly reviews the markets to identify opportunities and trends, help develop business strategy.Working in conjunction of the Product Team in identifying needs, developing and delivering new propositions, as well as improving upon existing products (e.g. technology platform, documentation, process, structure, collateral/brochure, etc.).
Profile
Candidate Profile:
Candidates that will be seriously considered for this role will have 4-7 years of Trade and Cash sales and product development experience.GCC experience highly preferredExtremely good communication skills, negotiations skills, and sales capabilities will be essential to this job roleProficiency in English required; Arabic speakers preferred
