الوصف الوظيفي Must have a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field 5-10 years in landscape architecture, with ideally a minimum of 2 years in the U.A.E. Candidate will manage private and public-sector projects, ranging from private villas to hotels and resorts Supervise and coordinate team production of presentation packages, construction plans, and specifications Understand, analyze, and provide technical design solutions for complex design problems Mentor, drive and inspire junior design staff and other members of the team Lead project related discussions and presentations, interface with current and potential clients Prepare and maintain project documents like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc. Communicate and coordinate with other departments (estimation, maintenance, construction...) and management team to insure the good operation of the design department Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to communicate design ideas both graphically and verbally Excellent English writing and communication skills Knowledge of technical and local regulations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as in multi-disciplinary teams Perform within the constraints of project budgets and schedules Strong knowledge/interest in plant materials Experience in producing construction documents Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering Softwares Age limit: 40 المهارات Salary Range between 20K – 25K AED (All-inclusive basic, housing & transportation depending on experience) Ticket & Insurance for self تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/head-of-design-department-3793072/ |
