We’re looking for a customer-focused Field Support Engineer to kick-start their careers in a rewarding, high-performing, international company.

What does the role involve?

As a field engineer, you’ll be working with our customers, sales teams, and contractors.
This role involves conducting proficient pull-out tests and generate the required reports.
Train customers on installing our Firestop systems and carry out regular inspections along with required reports. Develop and maintain an appropriate tracking systems including activities, progress reporting and actions.

Day to day, you’ll report to your Field Engineer Manager, who will also be there to help guide you in your career.

What you need is:

Recent graduate with a Bachelor degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering

Very hands-on with a passion for working outdoors

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Fluent in English (verbally and written), other languages are a plus

Valid UAE Driving License

Team oriented, can-do attitude

Good prioritization, planning and organizational skills

Enthusiastic and positive

Ability to work to deadlines
