الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: Meet business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analyze the feasibility of the requirements and translate the business requirements into system specifications. Understand business processes to conduct gap analysis identify business risks, risk mitigation strategies, and overall improvements in speed, efficiency, and accuracy. Map the optimized business processes into system requirements and identify the IT infrastructure needed for deployment. Design sustainable solutions considering future organic growth of systems using appropriate software technologies and methodologies. Engage in developing test cases that covers the entire scope of the business processes to be executed through systems. Lead and support enterprise wide system implementations, system integrations, upgrades and End-user trainings. Follow up with the end users and key business stakeholders to get their feedback on implemented IT solutions to initiate continuous service improvement objectives. Administer applications, which includes performance monitoring, system installation, functional support, and trouble-shooting. Ensure post -adoption and usage of our systems by implementing change management strategies and plans that maximizes employee adoption and minimize resistance. المهارات IT Graduate with B.Sc Degree in Information Technology. +3 Years of relevant work experience. Job Skills: Change Management IT Reporting Tools (iReport, Crystal Report, etcc.)
