Description
Identify analytical opportunities in the 10 focus countries (marketing, pricing, underwriting)Extract data from different data sources like the web, structured data (classic database: SQL, Oracle, Cloud) and unstructured data (texts, voice, image)Clean and consolidate dataBuild an easily exploitable data environment (example: client matrix)Choose and apply the segmentation, prediction and scoring algorithms appropriate for each problem (reporting, customer profiling, appetite score)Real time optimization of Machine Learning processesPresent results and recommendations
Profile
PhD or MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, CS, Econometrics or any related field6 years’ experience doing quantitative and qualitative analysis.Fluency in SQL and Python programming languages. Some development experience in at least one scripting language (PHP, Perl, etc.)Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidanceThe ability to communicate the results of analysis in a clear and effective mannerVery good level in statistical analysis and in predictive modelsPreferred experience with a statistical package such as SAS, SPSS Modeler, R,Successful projects in unstructured data will be requested, especially voice analysis.Experience with large data sets (Big Data) and Digital (Hive/Hadoop) is a plusDigital technologies experience is requested
