Our Client:
A newly established Entertainment Business in Dubai is looking for a Franchise Manager for their exciting startup.
Your Role:
To Manage the franchising business of the company.
The incumbent would be responsible for planning and implementing franchising strategies, Franchise Management, Franchise marketing and Training and development to ensure the overall success of master franchiser.

Must Haves:
Must have an experience of selling Concepts, Business Strategies and Corporate Services.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Great Interpersonal Skills, A pleasing personality with an emphasis on Relationship Management.
Must be able to analyse franchisor businesses and ability to match franchisee’s requirements with franchisor’s vision.
Must be result oriented and must have aproven track record.
A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in store/franchise development and management, preferably in the MENA region.
High level of ethical standards, integrity and dependability
Multi-tasker with leadership skills and hunger for growth.
Profiling, time and resource management with a basic ability to handle logistics.
