Our Client:
A renowned firm engaged in integrated infrastructure services in Dubai
Your Role:
You will be strategizing the marketing & sales plan, developing & managing the exclusive clientele, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends, working with developers, preparing documents for the contracts and bidding activities and coordinating with costing team to submit proposals.
المهارات
Must Have:
An architect or engineering graduate with MBA who comes with 10+ years of experience in construction/contracting company.
Should essentially be Arabic speaking with good communication, presentation & selling skills.
Team player, ensuring team numbers, good at relationship building and account management.
You should have good track record of meeting numbers, Review sales trends, and sales forecast.
