Our Client:
A growing, ambitious food manufacturing company based in UAE.
Your Role:
As a part of a lean and highly dedicated team, you will lead the Foodservice piece for the company. Foodservice is the channel focus for the coming years and hence, it is really an opportunity where one can shine.
Developing the strategic business plan for the foodservice channel, owning its P&L;would be the top line responsibilities.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, business development, leading negotiations, identifying the channels’ needs and propose action plan for steady growth and profitability would be under your purview.
المهارات
Must have:
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in foodservice/HORECA
Minimum 2 years as people manager
Expereince of account management - key caterers, hotels and restaurant chains, and QSRs in UAE
Frozen food or animal protein category experience preferred
