Work with the marketing team and department heads to support various internal and external marketing and communication campaigns and deliverables in terms of creative designs, media campaigns and PR reports
1- Administration: Preparing and conducting creative Marketing presentations of stars biographies, marketing & social media campaigns, with printing, binding, etc…
2- Concerts & Events: Help in arranging Rotana press conferences & events:
3- Contribute to the project plans and preparation of checklists:
Artists’ new albums, CD signing, CD launching, artists’ contract renewal and related events
4- New Albums Releases:
Following up with artists managers on album designs delivery: photo shoot pictures, lyrics according to the monthly release plan
Assist in Preparing Media plans & Presentations about albums marketing campaigns: gathering ATL & BTL campaign proofs
5- Rotana’s Social Media platforms:
Coordinate on daily basis with the social media in charge as follows
- Provide them with exclusive news, behind the scenes and events pics, videos
- Follow up on their comments monitoring and interaction with fans
Focus on the introduction and implementation of new media techniques as well as social media analysis, monitoring their effectiveness and introducing appropriate improvements and changes.
6- Digital Marketing / Media:
Develop creative, targeted digital marketing solutions to correspond to Rotana’s brand needs.
Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of e-marketing specific albums, events or online campaigns, to advise on the results and refine on line activity thus suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement.
7- Prepare marketing statistics with advanced research on Rotana audiences by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in the Music industry, fans and stars.
