Job Purpose:
The Supply chain analysis is responsible for leading all aspects of the standard analytic approach to our operations department & delivery execution; using data analysis to drive transparency into the identification of root cause & improvement areas. The position will coordinate with the facilities on local analytics; as appropriate, with a consistent approach, & provide performance monitoring & reporting on trends, volumes, & patterns. They will need to be data driven & take an analytical approach to understand root cause, trends, & track actions. The position collaborates with works ops/ warehouse managers, SAMS/KAMS & customer service which supports continuous improvements of the customer delivery experience.
Accountabilities
• Support the development & enhancement of new processes & tools used for calculating, analysing operating metrics across the operations. Identify root causes based on data analysis & transform data into information to improve service levels
• Support in P&L;analysis on monthly basis and analyse the factors contributing to EBITDA for each facility.
• Increasing the visibility in processes by creating Dashboards to monitor progress for customers on daily/monthly basis.
• Preparing updates for Management on monthly basis split into facilities describing the operational performance, financial performance and issues/concerns.
• Analysing the customer accounts to measure the optimization, occupancy and re warehousing solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
• Aligning all the support departments like HR, IT, WMS, Facilities with CL department and monitor the tasks on daily basis.
• Collaborate with OPS & WMS for improvement initiative & utilize business intelligence tool to support ongoing business requirements.

Graduation degree in Engineering/Accounting/Project management
Advance Excel knowledge
Work experience in data analysis preferably from Logistics/Supply chain industry
