The Role: To maximize sales of the Charlotte Tilbury boutique through outstanding customer service and excellent artistry. The Assistant Store Manager is a true brand ambassador, reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values at all times. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, is also responsible for anticipating needs while executing with excellence the sales, merchandising, operations, training and relevant HR needs.
