An expert in Cloud and associated DevOps
Strong technical expertise with a focus on development and coding
Good infrastructure and security knowledge
Facilitating getting the work done across the parallel development teams
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Clear internal and external communication, improving transparency across teams and stakeholders
Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously ‘pivot’ to arrive at the best solution for the end customer
Energized by complex problem solving and ability to innovate new solutions
Ability to work under pressure, manage client expectations effectively

T based degree
University degree
Equivalent work experience
At least 5 years development or operational experience
Experience within complex environments defined by high availability, high transaction rate and geographical complexity
Good communication skills at all levels
Technical/Functional:
Expertise in architecture, security, software development, software engineering, with a cloud computing and DevOps focus
Current experience with contemporary and innovative solutions
Understanding of the long term Cloud Strategy and ability to work towards that with each project.
Functional and technical understanding of critical systems and Banking services.
Strong understanding to the technical application risks, security, compliance and audit requirements.
while maintaining a strategic stance
Demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor and supplier relationships
Proven experience in contributing to and executing technology service development plans or roadmaps
