What you will do
The Sales Manager is a key role reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will be part of Fire Detection team directly responsible for driving sales and market growth across the Middles East region, specifically for our Simplex products and developing long-term relationships with customers.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will develop our distribution channel and end user market penetration, driving push and pull activities to ultimately convert consultants and end users to Simplex clients. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, finding potential new customers and manage existing customers to ensure they are satisfied and committed to future sales of Simplex.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by prospecting for new opportunities and building successful, long-term client relationships.
How you will do it
As a Sales Manager you will identify new geographical or vertical opportunities, develop business plans and go to market strategies that pave the way for long term profitable growth. You will be in the field networking, cold calling and visiting clients to generate interest from potential customers, developing pitches that speak to their needs. You’ll be technically adept in Fire Detection and the Simplex product offering, visit consultants and contractors to present our product range to ensure we are providing competitive technical solutions, using a pull strategy to grow our market share.
You are a hunter driven to seek and develop strong channel partner relationships, self-motivated enjoying the challenge of working independently to drive your territory growth. You’re naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
Covering the Middle East region you will be visible to the market and customers, with travel up to 70% outside of the UAE.

What we look for
Required
10 Years minimum sales experience in Fire Detection sales
Proficiency in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
Experienced in executing push & pull sales activities across indirect channels to drive product revenue growth
Fluent language skills in English
Willing & able to travel frequently to the territory
Experience working in a global team environment and communicating effectively across multiple cultures
Preferred
Sales experience in Simplex product range
Experienced of selling in the Middle East region
Fluent language skills in Arabic
