• will work within a 360-degree marketing and communications multi-service agency, acting as a link between the agency and its clients
• will be responsible for the coordination of clients’ marketing/communications campaigns, and therefore should communicate clearly to all those involved
• will contribute to, develop and manage marketing and communication campaigns to promote the clients’ brand/company, product and/or service
• will manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that client projects are completed on time and within budget
• will be reporting to the Business Unit Head
Job Description:
• Assist the Manager in developing the overall Marketing plan. This will include all the required research, data gathering, preparing the presentation and other material for client meetings.
• Implementation of the Marketing plan and ensure they’re aligned with the approved client Marketing objectives and budgets.
• Client Servicing and Account management: Handling the Client-Agency relationship starting from meeting with the client for briefing to understand the requirement and communicate the same to internal team.
• Creating briefs for artist, writers and other members of the shared resource team.
• Take charge of all internal coordination, related administrative work and procedures related to the client marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate with 3rd parties; suppliers, agencies, vendors for implementation of marketing plan in line with the Marketing objectives and strategy.
• Ensure documentation of all marketing activities including minutes of meetings with the clients (Call reports) , proposals, layouts, approved content and other reports and feedback.
• Conceptualizing ideas for presentation, campaigns and other marketing requirements.
• Organize and attend client events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• Source suppliers for client projects when necessary
• Lead outsourced staff or suppliers, when appropriate, during events, press events, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
• Ensure that the agreed marketing and communication activities are delivered on time
• Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and coordinate with Finance in invoicing clients
• Ability to translate from English to Arabic and vice versa efficiently.

• Demonstrable knowledge in social media and digital marketing, or with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent composition & communication skills – Arabic and English mandatory
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Bachelor’s degree.
