Job Description:
Looking for a Country Sales Manager for Pumps department to handle entire GCC operations.
Responsibilities:

Manage the entire pumps department in the company having a team of 150 employees

Be responsible for profit and loss of the entire department

Manage direct sales team.

Excellent relations with local MEP contractors and consultants

Plan and develop sales strategies

Manage and communicate with the principal company to align for sales strategy and growth

المهارات
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years experience in HVAC or plumbing product sales within UAE - preferably in Pumps.

Excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing skills.

Excellent track record of achieving sales targets.

Works well with others.

Should have handled a sales team effectively.

Background skills to manage workshop and order execution operations.

Should be presently a sales manager or general branch manager in the UAE
