The senior electrician should have excellent knowledge and understanding of the electrical and electronic systems for all machinery and equipment’s in the process and packing lines.
The senior electrician should carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance assigned tasks on time.
The senior electrician should have basic and moderate knowledge about PLC so have can be able to solve all hard ware PLC related issues.
Be able to resolve all kind (basic, moderate and advances) electrical and electronic issues.
Will provide 1st & 2nd and 3rd line diagnostic and fault finding skills. Have a full understanding of the site RCA problem solving methodology. Should resolve to fault finding by careful analysis of the equipment rather than resorting to shortcuts.
Should be flexible to handle breakdowns in multiple machines during the shift.
The senior electrician should have strong experience for process machineries (Massmol/miximal, pasteurizers, mixing, Homogenizers, heat exchangers and CIP) from JBT and VDM.
The electrician should have strong experience for packing can and NRB lines (Fillers , can coolers , tunnel pasteurizers , labellers , shrink wraps , palletizers , de-palletizers and conveyors ) from JBT, Krones , Sidel and OCME.
The electrician should have strong experience in inkjet and laser jet date coders from Domino and Videojet.
Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
The senior electrician should take the owner ship to solve any major issue in the factory and give the required support to the electricians.
The senior electrician should prepare the purchase requisition for any non-inventory stock items and follow up the stock level for any critical spare parts required
المهارات
• Experience 7-8 years’ experience in soft drink industry and preferred with exposure to 5S standards and TPM.
• Prefer basic Computer literacy
• Willing to work with multiple nationality.
• Well organized with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
