The Operational Team Leader is accountable for all targets relating to QSCD (Quality, Safety, Cost, Delivery) and all Production lines , by management of a cross functional team of people. A Team Leader be responsible for driving Efficiency, Improvement and leading the evolution of the Production team & line to the future vision of the business.
The role is a part of a team of Team Leaders and will lead and be accountable for driving deliverable and business change through your team. Leading by example is crucial to this role. Should demonstrate that he/she can guide and encourage their teams to maximize efforts and encourage development by being an excellent communicator and motivator.
المهارات
• Bachelor of Engineering graduate (Mechanical or Electrical) or recognised Engineering Qualification
Minimum Experience:
• Experience 3-5 years’ experience of which 3 years in Mid-level (Senior Technicians/ Team Leader/ Supervisor) role preferably in FMCG/ Beverage Industry.
• Candidates preferred with TPM experience.
• Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Power point & other related software)
• Strong leader ship personality, team playing and ability to encourage people achieve tasks
• Well organized with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Able to coach and mentor team members.
• Proven supervisory experience and management potential.
Job-Specific Skills:
• Excellent English. Good planning skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Aujan’s core business and business process.
• Strong communication skills and an awareness of operating in a multicultural, multinational work environment.
