• Implement the sales activities stated upon in the strategic plan of sales and marketing policies.
• Establish a database for markets, competitors, geographical areas and their distribution.
• Work on increasing the market share by increasing the volume and growth of the company’s sales.
• Search for and communicate with new customers and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Take part in the company’s negotiations with agents and distributors.
• Identify sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers and divide the market into segments.
• Monitor the after-sales service, constant communication with customers as well as responding to their requirements.
• Provide detailed periodic reports on the achievements and marketing problems to senior management as well as the obstacles facing the department and proposals for solutions.

• Ability to strategically analyze the company’s marketing management.
• Provide more attention to big customers (strategic customers), focus on them, measure their satisfaction and respond promptly to their service.

• The ability to adopt the best ways of diversified employment to ensure increased sales.

• Experience: At least five years in the field (Selling of Services)

• Working hours: 8 hours/day
• Reports to: General Manager
Should have UAE driving licence and owns a car
