الوصف الوظيفي JOB DESCRIPTION: · Entrance handling of customers and visitors (according to defined attendance time schedule) · Organisation and preparation of visits and introductionary trainings in Dubai · Preparation of meeting room (Conference Numbers, tidiness, catering, water bottles, whiteboard paper, marker) · Pantry organisation (tidiness, first aid kit, fridge) & Storage room setup (labeling, tidiness) · Administration of E-Mail distribution list, holiday / absence list, employee contact list, parking list, Sickness leave tracking · Preparation of documents (PPT, Word, Excel) for management · Processing shipments with courier companies · Travel management: Booking hotels and interim apartments for guests and colleagues from Hannover (Visa support in exceptional cases) · Office Registration: Trade License, Establishment card, Chamber of Commerce renewal · DMCC contracts for employees and related services: Amendments, visa transfers, medical check, Emirates ID, etc. · Visa processing: Schengen, KSA, etc.: issuance of NOC/ Salary certitficate and other required company documents. Not included: flight bookings, hotel bookings, schedulling of appointment at the embassy. Family visa application for Management staff only. · American Express Cards: coordinate application and processing · Hertz Lease Cars: coordinate application and processing · Bill payments: Etisalat / DU/ Bank transfer · Restaurant and event organisation (management purposes only) · Monitoring Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) standards. · Responsible in seeing that all equipment is installed and operated under safe conditions (with external providers) · Responsible for communicating Safety and Environmental Information · Periodically conduct Safety and Environmental inspections at the location · May attend ESH audits in other Continental locations · Implement 5S structures throughout the office processes and identify, develop and introduce CBS methods and tools according to the defined requirement list. · Foster the mechanisms of lean approaches and identify 5S opportunities within the organization · Support in the yearly HRD process (Preparation of ED`s and HRD Conference) · Ensure a structured onboarding process of new employees according to the Tires guideline · Support in the Payroll process المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/hr-support-3779668/ |
