Our client is now recruiting for an Installation Manager
Main Purpose of the Job• Lead the pre-contract activities for projects, be responsible for solution design and act as subject matter expert for installation projects in alignment with customer requirements, contributing to the overall installation business result and customer satisfaction
Key Outputs and Measurements
Key output: To lead and coordinate the technical solution design in pre-projects, as input to Price Indications and
Quotations in Solution Centre. Performance Indicators: as defined in the Installation Services KPIs and IOs, with specialfocus on productivity, customer satisfaction, installation sales result margin and growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the pre-contract activities to develop solutions supporting Value Selling in cluster or global. Lead execution of Solution Design activities required for installation projects for Packaging Equipment, Lines and Plants
• Lead and execute, as Cluster or Global engineering subject matter expert, the definition of equipment and line integration, automation and secondary packaging for company’s and 3rd Party packaging equipment and services, in installation projects.
• Participate in identification and execution of project scope changes. Lead the creation of project documentation to support procurement and installation requirements.
• Lead execution to develop and maintain Cluster or Global Packaging line concepts and solutions.
• Lead the technical evaluation and development of external Cluster or Global CE suppliers
• Lead the execution, and standardization, of the Global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates within Project Engineering.
• Lead Cluster or Global knowledge of installation procedures, company’s Product Portfolio and manufacturing principles• Participate in the Continuous Improvement activities.

• Engineering Degree
• Experience in Food or Pharmaceutical industry• minimum of 8 years of related experience
