1.Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
2. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the factory process control including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and observations.
3. Lean six sigma knowledge and exposure to implementation
4. Product validation with Design through like FEA ,CFD etc .
5. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
6. Monitoring for delivery and other production-related activity
7.Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
8.May specialize in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative application.9. Health and safety awareness and ensure the implementation should be in line with management expectation
المهارات
We are looking for QA/QC Engineer for one of our group company into manufacturing of AC Duct in the UAE. The potential candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in the same field and must have exposure to ISO standard knowledge (9001 :2015 etc), HVAC DW 144 ,SMACNA other testing standards like UL, ASTM.
