Responsible for all customer related inquiries and processing of the same within given time limit or as per dormakaba set standards·
Responsible via the purchasing department for coordinating dormakaba factories worldwide and where necessary, to other vendors for non-dormakaba products & accessories in terms of order delivery to the customer.
Responsible to liaise with concerned dormakaba and non-dormakaba vendors regarding order status and updating customer.
Ensure effective usage of the CRM tool· Ensure strong relationship with Pre-sales, Sales, Operations & Accounts to establish seamless processes/documentation that ensures smooth and hassle free experience for the customer.
Ensuring customer complainants are addressed and resolved in reasonable time
المهارات
Graduate - Bachelor Degree, ideally in Business Administration/ or any relevant Degree
2 to 3 years of experience in customer service preferably in a hospitality, logistics, Purchasing, manufacturing...etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicant must be: Proactive, has attention to details, problem solving skills and very positive.
Computer experience is essential.
