Experience in a large kitchen and Arabic restaurant operation
Good leadership and coaching skills
Experience in waste management, P&L;, staff recruitment, costing, menu planning and budgeting is a must
Must be PIC Certified
Excellent communication skills
Computer LiterateCan join immediately or max 1-month notice
Work Location: Downtown, Dubai
Salary up to 16,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
