About the Company
Quest Search and Selection is working with an International retailer who are currently seeking a talented Assistant Retail Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE
As the Assistant Retail Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
You will assist the management in deploying the brand strategy to generate traffic & Sales in store of partners, increase average baskets and customer frequency.You will be responsible for setting up the store promotion. Branding and VMD (planning & implementation) and building customer experience in order to improve store profitability and engagement. And look out for new marketing opportunities within the stores / marketsImplements marketing strategies, directions and action plan to improve brands performance, awareness, and imageSupport / monitor all dealers, distributors marketing plans - BTL by markets.Analyze retail data, develop insights and report to management with actionable recommendationsOrganize regular review meeting with partners based on brand VMD, communication and stores promotion results and share the strategy with all person in concern and lead to implement
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Assistant Retail Marketing Manager)
7+ years of experience in the industry/fieldExcellent Product/territory knowledgeExperience in conducting training and preparing presentationsGood communication skillsFluent in Arabic and English is a must. Fluency in French is a plusStrong proven record to showcase retail marketing experience, marketing of global brands in FMCG, B2B, Brand development, Digital, or Retail marketing
