We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper in UAE.
Authorized Main Duties:
• To manage finished goods, raw materials and spare parts and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain good communication between the stores’ staff and other departments for routine activities.
• Maintain high level of coordination with production and provide best customer services.
• Maintain and comply with established company policies and standards, such as safekeeping, GMP, personnel practices, security, record-keeping procedures, and overall maintenance of the store.
• Participate to solve problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
• To perform routine tasks with professionalism.
• Report receiving discrepancies, damaged goods, damage claims, and returns-to-vendor and to ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Ensure maintenance, cleaning and store appearance is up to company standards.
• Keep dispatch area assets well maintained.
• Manage the dispatch of all local and export deliveries.
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement in stores and inventory management
Reports:
• Finished goods receiving report from production and from vendors
• Stock preparation report for dispatch
• Expired and near to expiry stock report
Related Procedures:
• Quality procedures, inventory procedures, store keeping procedures.
Educational Qualifications:
• Degree in suitable field.
• Certificate in inventory, warehouse management and/or material management is a plus.
Any nationality are welcome to apply. Male, age 25-40 yrs of age.
