الوصف الوظيفي Founded in 2016, our company is the leading technology startup with a unique offering in the USD2B online gifting market in the Middle East. We are the only regional online gifting player with operations spanning Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman in the UAE and Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina, Dammam, Al Khobar in Saudi. We plan to rapidly expand in the region in 2018. We have venture capital funding, lofty goals, and big plans for the future as part of our holding company Enhance Digital. Enterprise gift sales play a key role in our goals and the Sales Associate role is critical for our continuous growth. The Sales Associate will be directly responsible for increasing our gift sales to enterprise clients in the UAE and will also support enterprise sales in other regions. The role is suitable only for highly driven and ambitious sales professionals with hunger for success. The Sales Associate will be self driven to constantly generate leads and act on them to close sales and bring in revenues. The role has high compensation driven by success of the individual. Low energy people who love making excuses need NOT apply. The ideal candidate would have been highly successful in an enterprise sales role at a startup or SME in the MENA region. A background in sales of 3+ year would be a plus. You must have an existing network with potential enterprise clients in the gifts space that can leverage to benefit joi. You must possess drive and a hunger for success, and the ability to deal with uncertainty while growing joi’s enterprise business. Candidates should be highly competent, results-oriented, have exceptional communications skills, a proven track record of success, and be solid team players.
