الوصف الوظيفي An excellent opportunity is available with one of the leading banks in the Middle East for a Head of Liabilities. This role is responsible for managing and directing the strategic development of the Consumer Banking Liabilities and Insurance portfolios. Job Contents: Formulate overall Consumer Banking Strategy for both Liability & Insurance Business Monitoring performance of products against planned business target. Achieve overall set goals & targets Assists & supervise work of Product Management staff related to both Liabilities & Insurance products. Provide strategic direction & inputs to Product Managers so that individual product strategies complement one another. Desired profile: MUST have at least 10 years’ experience of which at least 6-7 years should be with foreign/ multinational banks. The incumbent should have good experience in handling retail banking products such as Deposits & Insurance and have a good knowledge of alternate delivery channels. Experience in areas of Retail Credit, Marketing and working knowledge of Operations would be an advantage.
