Assist the faculty in charge in conducting workshops, mock interviews, and career planning sessions for post graduate students
Record qualitative & quantitative feedback of the students in the MIS
Follow up with students on advised course of action
Maintain records of students’ progress and performance during the course of professional readiness program
Collaborate with Program office for scheduling and operational purposes
Work closely with Corporate Relations and Global Learning teams to facilitate regional job market exposure as part of students professional readiness
Mentor students on CV and Professional
Digital Profile enhancement
Be a resource for students on project presentation delivery and report writing guidance (On request)
Liaise with Area Heads, Academic Mentors and related teams to ensure seamless alignment of feedback and course of action
To conduct remedial sessions for students on a special needs basis
To assist Reposting Manager in all activities related to the professional readiness program as needed
Identifying the areas - sectors and functions where we need more jobs to come from based on students tracking sheets
Build confidence and highlight the areas where the students need to focus
المهارات
An ideal candidate must have an MBA degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience in UAE. Experience in the higher education industry will be an added advantage.
The candidate must have an understanding of various interview techniques and UAE employment market.
The candidate should be proficient in English language and must have excellent: written and oral communication skills; Report writing skills; Presentation skillsMS office; Counseling & mentoring skills
