Handling various remittance and cross border transactions
Import / Export and Letter of credits / Bank Guarantees
Day to day accounting following guidelines and accounting principles
Handling new subsidiary / subsidiaries in UAE AND other countries
Passing various bills including traveling, administration etc.
Coordination with Customers and H.O. on regular basis
Using ERP for various accounting and MIS, updating ERP for various masters -Item, Vendor, Customer
Prepare Projected Cash Flow, PL, BS on periodical basis while proposing analytical reports
Dealers management and Incentive computation
Control on A/R, Inventory and Advances
Co-ordinate with other departments to extend various support and timely closings
Have control on country / employee expenses, manpower productivity, Insurance claims etc.
A big support to Operations being guide and showing road map in line of Financials
Various Countries coordination and sponsorship /advertisement controls
Bank Reconciliation, payments and expenses accounting
Fixed Assets management, Monthly trial balance and keeping all Accounting records
Coordination with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor and various consultants
SalaryAED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Experience in Trading accounting
Experience of Expat accounting
Experience of working in ERP atmosphere - Oracle / SAP
Experience of MIS and finalization of books of accounts
Experience of Budgeting and budgetory controls
Experience of Foreign Remittance and Insurance
Experience of Cross border transactions
