The candidate will be working in the wholesale voice Network Operating Centre (NOC), operating and monitoring the voice wholesale trading platform.
Perform proactive measures and system health checking.
Handling trouble tickets from the customers and provide status updates on the tickets
Act as the front line to the customers for fault handling and also provide first line support for troubleshooting
Follow pre-defined operational procedures to perform the appropriate actions under different situations.
Assist supervisors to prepare operational procedures related to the NOC functions
المهارات
University degree in telecommunication engineering.
International voice wholesale experience is a must.
Maximum four years of experience in NOC environment supporting voice wholesale trading.
Should have sound knowledge of wholesale voice business and have worked with voice wholesale company is an advantage.
Dealt with telecom Vendors, ISPs, and voice Wholesale customers.
Dealing with Vendors /network supplier’s for all type of technical issue through e-mail, live chat and tickets systems.
Providing quality/technical support to customers.
Dealt with various big wholesale vendors in the market.
Opening tickets to track and document resolution of problems with vendors as well as customers.
Placing test calls. Analyze the system Logs, Call KPIs, CDR, to find the fault in A-Z route of different vendors and replace with the best route.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Pleasant characters with good discipline and customer oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills in English other language is an advantage.
ICT industry experience with cloud, switching & routing knowledge is a plus.
