We are a Dubai based Real Estate company specializing in residential, commercial and retail properties within the UAE. Our large portfolio of real estate in Dubai offers our discerning clients the opportunity to invest in one of the world’s fastest growing real estate markets. As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for three (3) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to be assigned individually to three different internal roles
RECEPTIONIST
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Answer incoming calls and perform email correspondence
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
• To greet and communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• To promote the company at all times with a positive approach.
• Dealing effectively and efficiently with customer comments, whilst following company guidelines.
• To ensure that you complete the company customer service programme “How loud is your Happy?” and aim to exceed the expectation of the customers
• To communicate with other members of your team, both internally and externally in a professional and courteous manner.• To work together with your fellow team members to produce standards of excellence within your department and aiming to exceed customer expectations.
