Our Client: One of the fastest growing entertainment setup in MENA region. Having multiple entertainment sites around GCC and undergoing expansion. Looking for 2 Team Leader Operations in Doha Qatar.
Your Role: You’ll be responsible for Managing 3 key areas as a Customer Service First Customer Service and grievances, Second Food & Beverages segment & Third Cash management activities. It’s a very well-rounded operational role responsible for achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and creating a positive, productive working environment. You’ll lead by example and demonstrate a passion for the business and a high standard of operational excellence, ensuring all systems are operating accordingly and find ways to improve the efficiency of process. Oversee the health and safety of customers and staff. Perform Duty Management shifts, being responsible for the entire operation and the high quality of customer service.

Must Have: University Degree Knowledge, Skills and Attitude Prior management, operations, customer service experience in a similar position is a must Strong interpersonal, communication skills and being able handle multi task Quick thinker and is able to solve problems in a calm and timely manner Ability to manage people across all levels Positive outlook, high-energy level, and passionate about customer service Must be physically fit and has no previous serious injury Preferred - at least an intermediate level of athletic ability or sports background Must have valid basic CPR and First Aid Certification and Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
