• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve sales objectives for products and services
• Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
• Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Meet with key clients, assisting sales accounts managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
• Provide continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
• Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotas and plans to determine effectiveness.
• Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
• Analyze and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.• Assist other departments within organization to required marketing material.
المهارات
• Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant FMCG sales experience in the UAE. GCC experience preferred.
o Experience in relevant industries – beverages, bottled water, etc. - preferred
• Proven track-record of growing FMCG sales in the region
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Food Service channels
• Established network in the UAE market and in the GCC – HORECA, Supermarkets, Institutional Clients, Distribution partners
• Team management experience required
• Multinational organization experience preferred• Experience in P&L;management preferred
