Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Installation and configuration of ISS products for projects & Proof of Concepts
- Providing technical support to ISS clients via phone/emails/remote connectivity tools
- Advanced Configuration of the software in order to meet specific project requirements using generic tools, such as JavaScript, HTML, SQL
- Maintaining knowledge of all product offerings
- Reviewing and answering RFP/RFI documents
- Testing ISS software in post-production phase, in the case of reported bugs
- Identifying in short time typical issues related to network equipment, servers or OS- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
المهارات
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, required
- Experience supporting proprietary software, required
- Working knowledge of Windows 2012 Server / 2008 Server / Win 8/ Win 10 required
- Working knowledge of object oriented programming and web design skills (VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, C#, .NET platform, C++), required
- Working knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP, required
- Working knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, required
- 5+ years of experience on technical position in CCTV industry, preferred
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
Education and Experience
- Field of study: Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in software support or database applications required- Advanced English
