Job Description Overall responsibility of BOPET film production line which involves film production process, slitting, quality inspection, packing & dispatches of products. To ensure efficient operation of BOPET film plant to achieve targeted production & efficiency with highest level of quality standards. Capability to acquire higher responsibilities of film productions in long term. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Key Performance Indicators 1. Production: -Approved production target -Process downtime target -Approved production to virgin RM input Ratio -Overall plant efficiency -Process control -Production data management -Process standardization 2. Quality -Mechanism on quality complaint reduction -Quality complaints analysis in consultation with QA/ Tech Services -External & Internal audits and closure of findings / non-conformities -Effective implementation of CAPA -Statistical analysis -Compliance of quality systems ( QMS, FSMS, EHS ) 3. Safety -Safety culture in the plant -To work towards zero accident/ incident and zero LTIF -Implementation of Safety norms 4. Cost Reduction -Reduction in Power & Fuel consumption -Reduction in consumables cost 5. Trial & development -Execution of plant trials -To work cohesively for developing new products 6. Personnel -Enhance knowledge & skill of team -Develop good working environment -Provide infrastructure/ resources, manpower & manpower planning in consultation with HR -Team work -Performance reporting to management INTERACTIONS -QA, lab, tech cell -Sales & Marketing -Planning cell -HR/ Safety -Purchase -Service departments (Maintenance, purchase, stores, packing, dispatch, logistic etc) External Interactions – (Outside the Organization) -Customers -Suppliers (OEM/ RM/ Coating chemicals/ Paper core / Packing material etc.) -Uflex plants at other locations -Exhibitions -Customer visits (need based) SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience Qualification:- B Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Chemical/ EC) Experience:- Min 12- 15 Years in production of BOPET film Technical and Behavioral Skills Technical Skills: -Good knowledge of products -Good knowledge of Input RM, Packing material -Good in Trouble shooting/ why- why analysis -Basic Knowledge of Safety, 5S, ISO standards, Computer, maintenance etc Behavioral Skills: -Communication -Man management skill -Inter personal relationship -Leadership -Team work http://www.monstergulf.com/job-vacancy-pet-film-line-in-charge-flex-middle-east-fze-dubai-12-15-years-21256347.html?sig=js-2—1&from;=𝔯=refine;loc=192;day=365;srt=pst;ref=http://jobsearch.monstergulf.com/search.html;show_omit=1;res_cnt=40&hlWords;= |
