Candidate must have a good working knowledge of MS Office and should be good in communication (speaking and writing)

Candidate Profile:
Experience and Role – 5++ years of experience in HR Department of any group company handling multiple sectors OR Candidates with experience in recruitment in construction industry ( white and blue collar), well versed with Employee engagement programs, Knowledge of UAE labor law. Candidate must be experienced in resourcing profiles using various sources of recruitment like LinkedIn, indeed, naukrigulf etc. He or she shall be responsible for database management, payroll advises like leaves and letters. Manpower planning, Job descriptions, Performance appraisals, Induction and orientation of new joiners, investigations and disciplinary procedures, policies and onboarding, Training and Development.
