Hiring Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Abu Dhabi
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiency with MEP systems, including HVAC (VRF, DX, CCU units), plumbing systems (booster pumps, transfer pumps, water tanks), and electrical systems (LV panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, capacitor banks, generator, UPS)
• Hands-on experience with field equipment sensors, modules, and troubleshooting techniques
• Basic knowledge of Integration & Automation SCADA systems
• Familiarity with fire alarm and firefighting systems
• Execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency breakdown procedures
• Effective team management, including monitoring KPIs and meeting SLAs
• Identification and procurement of materials and spare parts
