We are looking for an experienced and organized Factory Foreman to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process in our factory, from planning and organizing the workflow to ensuring that safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, monitoring quality control, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and direct the production process in the factory
Ensure that safety standards are met during the production process
Monitor workflows to identify any potential issues or delays
Train and supervise staff on manufacturing techniques
Monitor quality control throughout the production process
Ensure that deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records of all activities and operations within the factory
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Identify areas of improvement within the production process
Maintain accurate records of work performed in the boatyard
Develop plans to improve efficiency in the boatyard
Maintain the facility in optimal condition and ensure compliance with local regulations
Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones
المهارات
Proven experience as a Factory Foreman or similar role in a manufacturing environment
In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Knowledgeable about boat construction, repair, maintenance, safety regulations, etc.
Minimum 5 years experience in a management role in the maritime industry
Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a boatyard or marina environment
